Wedding photos

Now that the summer of fun is over, it's about time to get caught up on some blogging and get the photos of the wedding up somewhere. I'm giving Flickr a try and it seems to be a pretty good vehicle for getting photos online quickly without too much trouble. Saves me from using up my precious 10MB of webspace with Shaw anyways! The easier it becomes to get content online, the more often it will happen, so hopefully this kind of thing will happen more frequently.

Photos and technical stuff aside, the wedding was fantastic. It was so good to have all of our friends in one spot (not likely to happen again for a long long time) with our family as well and we think that everyone now understands why we drive for hours and hours every summer to get out there. We're only just now getting over the lull after the high: having everyone there, getting married, managing to ski on one ski, orgasmic food, horseshoe battles and of course endless tournaments of that Canadian flicking game (croquinole) all contributed to such a wonderful summer that coming home to study, work and do housework didn't quite have the same appeal.

Now that the weather is cooling off though and we have our new Sunshine/Marmot ski discount cards, there are new and exciting winter activities to look forward to and a bit more time inside that will probably see me doing more blogging. Stay tuned folks!
